He is consistently patient, clear and thorough during our ongoing traning sessions, taking the time to explain and answer questions thoughtfully. His calm and supportive approach has made the learning process smooth and productive, and we truly appreciate his guidence throughout the implementation. After completing our onboarding sessions, we can confidently reaffirm our positive experience with Webgility. From the very first call, their team took the time to understand my business model, the challenges of managing wholesale, retail, and online channels, and how QuickBooks Enterprise fits into our daily operations. They didn’t just give canned answers—they asked smart questions, identified gaps I hadn’t even considered, and walked me through solutions that were directly applicable to seafood distribution and e-commerce. What do you dislike about Webgility? Webgility is not applying direct payments to B2B orders from LightSpped to QuickBooks. These are term orders and I can't record payment right away so later when customer pays it I have to manually go to LightSpeedPOS and QuickBooks Desktop to apply them manually. There is update feature but it unpost the invoices which create more problems. There is also no option to record Shipping address from QuickBooks' exisitng customer.
