Payouts and payments did not match up in quickbooks. Spend 45 days with their support wasting time and at the end, we ended up hiring a company that recommended a2x and they handeled the entire process. Spent months trying to get the software to work as advertised. Full of bugs and slow support. Cancellation requires someone from their billing department to call you before they'll cancel your account. Took multiple attempts and weeks of time before they would cancel. I've been with this company for 3 years, the entire company appears to be outsourced to India. I'm really frustrated with this company, I get a phone call today from my account rep, he is an Indian speaking representative who asks how things are going, as I try to explain the challenges I have, he wants to argue with me. He is rude, he interrupts me, he won't let me finish a sentence. As I try to explain they have an issue with how they bill, he wants to argue with me and explain how it's not about their billing problem it's about my lack of understanding. I have been with this company for 3 years, if you want to deal with cultural issues, language barriers, and a generally un-responsive company, sign up. If not, I suggest you go elsewhere. President Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 5/23/2022 "Okay until you try to cancel your plan Be very careful" 0/5 What do you like best about Webgility? Nothing, once you try to cancel they make up time until the plan is renewed automatically and they say you can not cancel any longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Webgility? This company is fraudulent, We have decided to switch to a monthly plan 2 months before the annual plan renewal, we sent them 2 emails and multiple phone calls and no one returned our emails regarding the plan change until our card charged automatically and the annual plan renews. We pay $4500 for the annual plan and after the plan was renewed they asked for $1309 a month. Once we said that we do not accept the monthly rate and canceled the whole subscription and renew the plan, they did not get back to us a month later. We opened a chargeback on the credit card, what they have done is since they have connected to our systems already they messed up our accounting data by posting made-up numbers and deleted our account completely and stopped responding to our emails. When I found out that Webgility would not download any fees from Amazon or Shopify, only sales I decided to look for something that would. What do you dislike about Webgility? When switching to a new website platform they said they could do it. Kept going on for a month of starting over everyday with someone new. The new site was live and we had no accounting feeds for months. In the end I gave up as they continually wanted to screen share, when I knew their software didn't work. Asked for a refund and was told I would get one in July 2020, "the check was in the mail". Now in Dec 2020 and have numerous "the checks in the mail" emails and still nothing. The software basically doesn't work consistently, so it's difficult to think of something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Webgility? I was told that Webgility would serve as a bridge between Shopify POS and QuickBooks Financial. Unfortunatley, that's not the case. Webgility was only able to periodically enter sales data into QB. Not able to enter COGS (unless all of your SKUs are in QB), no payment nformation so you can reconcile checking, no inventory information. It was supposed to update everynight, but often didn't or it would enter the data from only some of the sales channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Said I missed their 30 day refund policy, yet it took them over 60 days to get us set up?? How could I make the 30 day refund period when the set up took longer than 30 days??
