What do you like best?

so easy to use and once you are set up it is all on auto pilot.

it takes time to get it right but they are there to help you and hold your hand every step of the way.

What do you like best?

I love that my orders from Amazon and my website sync into Quickbooks every day without my worrying about it. I've used the support chat dozens of times when setting up the account, troubleshooting sync issues, and they've always been responsive and professional. What do you dislike?

Initial setup requires some technical know how, but they do a good job onboarding you. There is a time difference with the tech team in India, but they get back to you within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The price is good for us. Flexibility by transaction count is helpful to keep costs low until our volume justifies a higher level of service. Daily status emails are good to stay on top of things without needing to remember to log in and check our stats. Support has been helpful to resolve problems we have encountered. What do you dislike?

We have encountered a problem where errors are being reported, but we cannot see them when we log in to look at them. They have worked on the problem, and it was fixed for a bit, but then began again. This particular problem has dragged on, and while overall our connection is working, this one issue is particularly frustrating because it has not been fully resolved after several months. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have multiple points of order entry, including a Shopify web store, manual agent entry into Shopify, and 3rd party stores on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and eBay. We also have a cloud order fulfillment subscription through ShippingEasy. Webgility pulls data from all these sources and sends it to our accounting software, QuickBooks. The connector keeps us from having to export/import transaction data daily or weekly so that QuickBooks will reflect the activity of our many sales channels as well as the shipping expenses for those orders. What do you like best?

Webgility has made processing large amounts of orders simple and efficient. No need to waste time manually putting in orders into Quickbooks, Webgility is intuitive and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I have issue with is that information from customers are not stored longer than 30 days. This becomes and issue when taking ore-orders of products that get delayed beyond that time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Affordable, easy to use, reliability, great support. We've used Webgility for several years and have been very pleased with it. What do you like best?

When it worked it was slow, but adequate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

When switching to a new website platform they said they could do it. Kept going on for a month of starting over everyday with someone new. The new site was live and we had no accounting feeds for months. In the end I gave up as they continually wanted to screen share, when I knew their software didn't work.

Asked for a refund and was told I would get one in July 2020, "the check was in the mail". Now in Dec 2020 and have numerous "the checks in the mail" emails and still nothing. I have wasted more hours tracking this down than it is worth, and I get the feeling that was the plan from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I had a lot to learn but throughout this process, my tech support was patient and explained everything to me so I could understand the process. The best part of Webgility will be the consolidation of my transactions. Time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since COVID hit, our mail orders increased 366% and we were initially set up to have single transactions come through to QB. The Webgility program is recognized by its characteristic deep blue color with a dark texture, followed by an orange reference for its e-commerce expression lines, where collection credit margins are concentrated, advertising presentation control strategies, data valuation segmentation's in the cloud, handling of an independent and fast interface, accounting actions profitability, technical record of successful bank report documentation, intelligent web marketing tracking determinations, transaction tax simplification, programming of technical market solutions, automatic customer support containment services, are performed under the network of tools integrated to the operating system represented by an orange letter in professional calligraphic dimensions placed in a logo with an ascending triangular appearance. What do you dislike?

The backup capacity of the Webgility system in terms of spreadsheets and alternative trading analysis for web marketing network storage and administrative tool usage tracking is affected by its analysis overload ratio, where when attempting to save such comprehensive accounting sheet sequences, there is an incorporation of numerical codes outside the financial mathematical account of the company to focus specific results, creating uncoordinated economic organizational origin, so that their monitoring of shared business networks is affected by not maintaining a balance of planning monitoring route analysis, having to activate a digital solution of prioritized order to specify solutions for recognition of functional economic success. What do you like best?

The software basically doesn't work consistently, so it's difficult to think of something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I was told that Webgility would serve as a bridge between Shopify POS and QuickBooks Financial. Unfortunatley, that's not the case. Webgility was only able to periodically enter sales data into QB. Not able to enter COGS (unless all of your SKUs are in QB), no payment nformation so you can reconcile checking, no inventory information. It was supposed to update everynight, but often didn't or it would enter the data from only some of the sales channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Webgility has an easy interface to bring your orders down from your site and into Quick Books for accounting. Their support has been great. The software lacks some functionality if you you purchase orders and Drop Ship as many now do. Other than that I would recommend it to any non competitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the fact that it does not allow you to handle Drop Ships "on the fly". If you mark all your items as drop ship then you have do delete any purchase order you do not use, and believe me they can add up quickly. If you do not have an item that may drop ship occasionally you have to leave the screen, go to another screen, enter the item number and mark it as a drop ship then back again. What do you like best?

Webgility has automated our previously manual process of creating and posting invoices in Quickbooks. It is connected to all of our multiple selling platforms and posts automatically for us. It also updates those platforms and lets them know when an order is shipped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are no notifications when Webgility needs to be updated to the newest version. When this happens, the software gets buggy and we seems to always be reactive to this issue, rather than proactive if there was some sort of notification system in place. What do you like best?

I sell handmade products online and have struggled to stay on top of my bookkeeping. Manually transferring orders from each ecommerce store into quickbooks requires a lot of time I don't have when I'm fulfilling orders. Webgility connects all my online stores to quickbooks to allow me to automatically keep my books up to date. The small cost of webgility saves me from hiring bookkeeping staff. I highly recommend! What do you like best?

Best customer service ever. I am saving a lot of time and managing my ecommerce orders status better by having Unify transferring my orders to QB. I appreciate the response I get when I need help and the follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Updating orders not reported to me but now solve with Webgility. I don't have to wait a year to realize there was a change online. Plus, I don't have to manually register the change.

Missing orders sometimes, now I do get them all and they get treated as they should.

I can control my duplicate customers now, it will ask to be assigned to the current active customer.

I can set how my new items to be registered in my accounting software.

Terrible customer service. Lost thousands trying to integrate with them. Tried to cancel order but they weren't able to give even a partial refund. Said I missed their 30 day refund policy, yet it took them over 60 days to get us set up?? How could I make the 30 day refund period when the set up took longer than 30 days?? What do you like best?

I was promptly assisted by Nikhlesh. He understood my challenge and gave me easy and specific instructions on how to fix it. I was installing Webgility on my new computer that is paired with Quickbooks POS and my online store hosted by Shopify.
