What do you like best about WebFX?

It was like hiring a marketing team of 20 in one swoop! They work together to tackle your goals from all angles. From onboarding, education, and goal setting to implementation and execution - we felt total confidence in their team. What do you dislike about WebFX?

We've struggled a little with knowing which part of their FX products to use / how to communicate with the team. We default to sending a direct email - which they promptly respond to and loop into the platform. Their platform is robust, and we're still getting used to it. What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We launched a new corporate website in Q1 2021 and immediately experienced a drop-off in leads. Over the next few quarters, we worked to recover this but were unable to with the team we had internally. The goal when we contracted with WebFX was to increase leads and lead quality, develop a content strategy, and have better insights into our competitive position. What do you like best about WebFX?

The problem was scaling up our SEO efforts. There are so many things we could do, but didn't have the manpower to pull off. WebFX has stepped in and filled that role. I appreciate the pace at which their team works. I was worried they wouldn't be able to keep up with our internal team but I have been pleasantly surprised. What do you dislike about WebFX?

I wish we could meet in person. It's a personal preference and hasn't inhibited our workflow in the slightest. Luckily today's technology still allows us to speak face to face, I just wish we could all sit down in a room together from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As far as PPC management goes, WebFX continues to optimize our campaigns to the fullest extent. Without an in house specialist it can be quite difficult to understand and manage Google adwords. There's also the benefit of WebFX being a Google partner - which means we can gain knowledge and usage at the beginning stages of new products - such as life events. I have worked with WebFX for about 8 years now. We needed help with a few E-Commerce clients on the marketing side to pair with our social and email campaigns we were running in-house. So glad that I went with them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebFX?

Their communication and results. Results speak for themselves as they always hit our goal benchmarks but we are so successful because of their communication. If there is a problem with a campaign, they are reaching out first. If we are underspending on a month because the overall search volume is down, they don't just spend the remainder on useless campaigns, they give recommendations or it is just money that we save for when volume picks up. Revenue growth is always what we are looking for each year. Even the year after a pandemic when we were up against big numbers, we had our #2 best year ever on our e-commerce site.
