In addition to a severely limited service we experienced immoral and opaque billing practices. The team has no regard for the customer and will give up on your company if they are not executing according to your goals. In addition, it took over 1.5 months to go live after we signed up. they lack structure and spend way too much time auditing the account, only to come back with very basic insights. very underwelming.
