We needed to update our out of date website and were looking for a company to not only design a website, but help maintain it and help with all internet marketing and social marketing. What do you like best?
I love that we received insightful and personalized suggestions on how certain tactics could really help us. We did our own research, but it was hard to know what would really work for our company. Being B2B, a lot of what we found was geared towards B2C. WebFX helped us with everything from UX design, to SEO, Google Ads, and social media ads. Everything was developed for us and thoroughly researched in order that they may better serve us and help us grow. You could tell all the team members genuinely cared and we weren't just "another client". Working with WebFX felt like just an extension of our small marketing team, which made it really easy to remain productive and communicate with. The people. Bryce has been amazing managing our account and his work on the sites has produced visible results every single month. My relationship with my WebFX team. They communicate very well, they are always on top of my project and are always taking the next steps to keep improving my practice. The team and I speak weekly and sometimes multiple times per week. They go out of their way to ensure I am in the loop on everything. They recommend new marketing tools to improve retention of new patients and avenues to improve my busisness. We went through a few different website/marketing companies over the years. All of them spoke about how much traffic they could generate through our website (s), which seems to be the favorite term used in the industry "we can get you a ton of traffic". I challenged WebFx to help us keep generating traffic but not any old traffic, I wanted meaningful traffic that generated qualified leads resulting in opportunity and new customers that fit our criteria as a customer. Through solid communications and a lot of hard work, WebFx has made a dramatic difference in the traffic "type of visitor" we get on our websites, which has resulted in qualified leads and new business. We had 4 separate websites but we did not have any on-line strategy, no SEO, and no return on investment. After some rebranding, we went to WebFX and capsulated all our websites to one website. We put together an SEO strategy, Adword campaign strategy, and a Lead Generation strategy. WebFX helps us with our Seo and Geo Fencing. They help build us content on our site that also gets organic search. For SEO we have optimized our locations, worked on enhancing our links to our page, built up landing pages for the equipment we want to focus on, and constructed relevant blog posts. For our Geo-Fencing we started with fencing competitors with an awareness campaign and now have started to fence large job-sites that we believe potential customers may be working at, these fences have been very successful. I really enjoy how easy setting up the SEO and Geo-Fencing process was. My account manager Ben is always there to keep me in the loop and tell me what the next steps are. We selected WebFX as our SEO and PPC Management partner at the start of 2020 for Diamond Mowers. We had not had an SEO Partner to this point in our company's history (20 years) - and in addition, we were looking for a new PPC Management Partner.
WebFX has helped implement a full-scale SEO Strategy. In addition, they have significantly helped increase the effectiveness and conversions of our PPC campaigns on AdWords. What we like best is the excellent Customer Service! Our primary Account Manager for both SEO and PPC Management, Jackie Rabedeau, has demonstrated excellent attention to detail, promptness, and willingness to better understand our company, products, and goals. In addition, she has demonstrated a genuine interest in getting to know me and each of our team members on a personal level - which is extremely helpful in developing a personal touch while working on our account.
When looking for an SEO Partner - we were on the lookout for exactly that - a PARTNER and not just an agency. Our goal was to find an agency that could be a long-term partner with Diamond Mowers, as we continue to grow and expand.
