We love a few features on the system such as, ability to see when a customer has viewed a quote/invoice, linking jobs to field engineers as and when to keep the workflow up to date, also the associated app used by our engineers can collect signatures of customers upon completion of work. **What do you dislike about WebFletch Business Manager?** It a cliche but we have no dislikes, as the webfletch customer services allows us to contact them for issues and possible requests. There are also regular updates to all systems that keep everything up to date. **Recommendations to others considering WebFletch Business Manager:** Start using the free trial, the CRM product in my opinion is generic for most businesses but may not suit all as this is i believe still in the early stages but it is a fundamental part of our business. I think as long as webfletch continue to listen to their customers then this system will only get better. **What problems is WebFletch Business Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Webfletch helped our business by designing and supplying our main business website and company logo, since then we are also using the CRM database to run our business including keeping customer relations, quotes, job sheets and invoices stored for records and allowing us to provide quick and clear responses to our customers. ### 2.
