Our teams use Webeyez on a daily/ weekly basis; data is accurate alerts are reliable. Webeyez gives us the tools and insights necessary to instantly deep dive and solve issues. What do you like best about Webeyez?

The fact that i didn't need to tag or set up anything. Immediately was able to visualize where users are struggling to complete their online purchase with errors such as ad to cart failures, log in issues, payment fallouts, excessive load time, out of stock etc. Each of these failures have been grouped measured and enables my tech team to immediately amend. The real time alerts help me detect instability dunning peak traffic time. In addition the service from the the Webeyez team was outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tech reports are some times a bit too deep for me, but my tech team loves all the great data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
