Unbeatable user experience due to its easy use, very intuitive and easily parameterizable. It greatly facilitates the work of the HR staff when it comes to collecting all the comments that an employee who is going to leave the company wants to make. The only aspect to improve is relative to the non-existence of predefined templates that help in the elaboration of standard forms that can be filled out by employees who are going to leave.
