While the overall experience is excellent, the platform is not fully optimized for organizers accessing it via an iPhone. Some functionalities are harder to manage on mobile, and it feels better suited to desktop use. Additionally, I encountered a small bug related to the Purchase of Tickets badge. What I like most about Webex is its stability and quality in video calls, even with not so good connections. I like the breakout rooms feature very much. It allows you to quickly and seamlessly switch between large meetings into smaller working groups for more efficient collaboration. I dislike the user interface. It is overloaded, over complicated and overly complex. I hate the meeting joining experience. It asks me to check a box and accept their T&C every single time before joining a meeting. I hate the views available when you're on a call.
