However, if you're completely new to the tool, the initial implementation takes a little learning, mainly because the interface can feel a bit dated compared to newer virtual event platforms. In my opinion, it still gets the job done. My agency (ad) uses it regularly for both internal town halls and client meetings, and it’s always been dependable for these large gatherings in the workspace.

If you do run into issues, customer support is fairly responsive; keep in mind that resolution times because they resolve by a ticketing system (like more of these platforms tbh), so no live support. Integration with your Outlook calendar is seamless once configured, which saves a lot of manual work.

Teams or Zoom always has some crazy update and integrates with so much more; I feel like Webinar can take some pointers there. I feel like the interface isn’t as intuitive as it could be, especially for first-time hosts or presenters. Just imagine the usual awkward fumbling trying to present/answer questions, but worse. Some of the engagement features, like polls or Q&A, feel basic and could be more interactive or customizable. It also takes a few extra clicks to find certain settings or set up recurring sessions, which can definitely be cut down/streamlined. I really enjoy how it allows everyone to be present at the same time. As I know some platforms can hold that capacity for the number of people.
