The main benefit for us it to have a tool that can manage a whole cycle from purchasing a ticket to hosting all recordings and materials in one place. Phone App is awesome as well. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** There are some minor limitations like the lack of customization of the confirmation email based on people’s check out form answers. It makes it very difficult when there are duplicates in the system. There is no way to delete them. It's also very difficult when something has been refunded there is no way to change that in the numbers which makes them incorrect as an end result. I also dislike that you can't change the kind of ticket that it may have been put into the system originally. Having the Onsite app made the actual events easier to maintain because our attendees were able to check themselves in and print out their badges. Gone are the days of our internal team having to shuffle through trays of badges. I also appreciate how quick their support team is to assist us with any technical issues that our attendees may face. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** I wish Webex offered an abandoned cart feature, especially since registration occurs outside of our own website. Some of the services I've used in the past are difficult to learn and cumbersome to use. I was up and running on Webex Events almost immediately after joining my current employer. It's intuitive and simple to use. There is no easy way to identify abandoned cart customers, for example. Tracking conversions from marketing efforts is a challenge as well since registrants must leave the site to register. It felt like this platform simply was not designed to do what we thought it was going to do for us. Being able to customize colors & graphics at the beginning of creating an event that carries over to all aspects is a great benefit (registration pages, web/ mobile app/ emails/ etc). Tech support is quick to respond + there are wonderful articles & videos to walk users through any issues, including examples from other users. Attendee engagement options are plentiful (chat/ polling/ Q&A/ gamification/ live display for in-person). **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** While the accessibility options are outstanding in the web/ mobile app for attendees (font size/ anti-seizure settings/ colors/ etc), the Closed Captioning options are not great. There is a >30sec delay if trying to use CC during a live broadcast & the Ai generated captions are not great (pauses in speaking create new paragraphs & basic words aren't recognized). **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** My current organization was using Zoom for virtual customer events, which is good for basic meetings but not the best for professionally branded events & engagement. It is extremely user-friendly, easy to embed on websites and share on social media, and easy to implement all necessary details on the platform. We have used Webex Events for three annual virtual conferences so far and are very pleased with our results, as well as Webex Events's customer support. Our CSR, Jessica, is super helpful and engaged! I adore how engaging interactive elements like polls and Q&A keep students interested. Every day of week I use it frequently , I host office hours , seminars and guest lectures using webinars, which all have crystal clear audio and video quality. The best features is the excellent customer service, which has always been quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. It really saves lives during live sessions. My instruction has been greatly enhanced by webex, which makes it participatory and accessible to all students , wherever they may be . **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** Every now and then , technical glictes stops the frequent workflow. The momentum of classes is sometimes destroyed by sluggish video, and unexpected audio pauses, particularly during Q&A . The various platform features fit many needs for virtual events, and they allow enough flexibility to create events that meet the unique needs of each funder we work with. This will be our third year using Webex to be our exclusive event app. From cost and design, to user support and execution, Webex checks all the boxes for our needs and budget QUITE WELL. We've done the research and know from experience that Webex is at the top of the leaderboard. We love it from a design perspective. Our attendees love it to access our event details and resources. I highly recommend for any size event. Also, the team has to be mentioned in this review. The design services and custmer support is exemplary. They have skilled team members that add to the success of our events. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** As a non-profit cost is always a concern but Webex fits into our budget coming in much lower than others. If I could change the price structure for our events as a repeat customer/repear event that has minimal changhes to existing platforms, I would. In addition, the number of features that we were able to customize - some we used others we did not and others still we created for our specific needs. All of our events are face-to-face (incentive programs, conventions, corporate and association meetings and trainings, product launches, etc.) and our main emphasis is on the On-Site App. We like that it is device-agnostic, and reliable. We always have a "social wall" and usually a Photo Contest or Game and we get a LOT of engagement from the Attendees. We like the amount and availability of feature documentation, both in the product and also available through the "knowledge base". The Support Team are very good, and while we don't have to use them a lot, they are always eager and willing to dig into issues. We have had some issues escalated where they needed DB fixes, but they have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The Interface is good, and the ability to upload/download from Excel is very useful. They are continually adding features and making improvements, and overall we are very happy. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** Our programs are pretty much all multi-day affairs with housing/accommodations and in most cases transportation. These are not handled well with the "Registration/Ticketing" features. We are hoping these will be expanded soon. We would like to be able to use the On-Site Checkin. **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** The on-site app is really good. Alerts/Notifications help keep our Attendees informed and on-time for their Agendas (which can be fairly complex at times). We get a lot of engagement from the Social Feed (Wall) and we usually run a Game/Contest, which creates a good buzz. We publish a lot of "Know Before You Go" information that is loaded into the App, and gets a lot of use. We like the ability to create "Groups" and "Tracks" and being able to make many of the features visible (or invisible) to specific subsets of our Attendees. This gives us a lot of flexibility. For our Conventions, the Lead Retrieval system is excellent. ### 23. The social wall acts much like a facebook feed, so attendees catch on very quickly. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** There are some hard coded features in the app that I would prefer to have control over. For instance, when a pre-recorded vimeo video is active, the session will say "join livestream" even though it's not a livestream. That can be confusing for attendees who are expecting to see a livestream from a breakout stage. I'd prefer to have control over the content of that button. Additionally their social wall could benefit from a tagging feature so that comments on a users post don't get lost in the mix (with no notification that someone has commented on your post). But the mobile app is UI heavy and gets stuck sometimes, maybe this can be due to the hardware compatibility issues with my device other than this , nothing to dislike with the WebEx webinar platform. **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** Webex webinar helps me to conduct and attend webinars also with an option for recording the webinar even with the free account. The app was easy to navigate and update but also easy for our attendees to use. For us, one of the best features was the Event Game. Our attendees LOVED it. Not only were they having fun, but feedback we received from attendees was that it made it easier for them to go up to our exhibitors and start a conversation. Our exhibitors also reported that it was a great entry way into conversations with our attendees. We offered on-site support for the app for both our exhibitors and attendees which made it easier for our team, but was also an overall better customer service experience. Everyone we worked with at the Webex team was quick and efficient in helping us with setup and getting our questions answered.
