I didn't like that I received too many messages through the app, but that's because I didn't change my notifications within the settings, I guess I need to fix my settings. I appreciated the ease of use of the Webex events and webinars platform. I have used a number of these event management platforms in the past and I found this was one of the easiest ones to use and support my event. I was able to quickly get up to speed. If I ever required assistance the support team was remarkably quick to assist and provide clear instructions. For any issues, they would make every effort to investigate. There were are a number of key features of the product that I found useful namely the ability to keep track of registrations and the ease of use for badge creation. I also appreciated the ease in setting up the agendas for the events and ability to update as new speakers were added to the mix. Having the support 24x7 was the best feature of all as I felt supported especially when encountering any issues or requesting guidance.
