What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars? I find the process of signing up and integrating with other tools a bit cumbersome. Currently, users have to contact our email, triggering HubSpot, and I would love an option for users to sign up directly within Webex, which could then lead to the automatic creation of an Asana project. This would eliminate the need for manual intervention, allowing our resources to focus more on integration rather than drafting emails. Additionally, during the setup phase, while it was helpful to have multiple options provided by the Webex team, I felt they could improve by understanding and aligning with my workflow before suggesting various workflows.
