Also, not all of the documents I need are transferred over correctly. **What problems is WebDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending carriers their bills and easily accessing documents to solve issues with customers. ### 2. I also think it would be nice to be able to search all files for one PO instead of searching individual files for the same PO. **Recommendations to others considering WebDocs:** It is an easy way to store documents that you need to get to, instead of actually storing the documents in a filing cabinet for you to access. **What problems is WebDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I research issues that the vendors have.
