- Artwork Management

- Artwork Version Management

- Approval cycle (Both Dynamic / Static role based Approvals are easily configurable)

- Share & Approve (Outsider even without login access to WCR can approve the shared document)

- Great customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebCenter Enterprise?

- No Automated Archive Management
