I like how configurable it is and how easy it is to leverage other products with it, Automation Engine, Phoenix, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Migrating from some of the legacy features to the new dashboard features is quite a lot of work. Not really a negative just something we are currently working through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
