**What do you like best about webcamXP?**

What I like most is how WebCamXP is free and how small and lightweight it is. After gaining familiarity with it, it is really simple to learn how to add new cameras and sources.

**What do you dislike about webcamXP?**

The interface is clunky and outdated, reminiscent of windows XP. While I know how to use it, I tried teaching my girlfriend how to use it (To watch my house and pets while im gone) and it was hard to teach her.

**What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been using WebcamXP for the past 5 years for site monitoring back at my old job, ICusom. We used it to moniter back of house and front. It did succesfully catch about 8 shoplifters. I now use it as part of my home security system to be able to record and monitor while at work.

**What do you like best about webcamXP?**

I was recommended to use webcamXP for my company for the security of the equipment and tools for converting my webcam into a security camera. I downloaded it and the experience came out to be horrible! The software design is basic. The camera gets frozen every few mins and the options are very limited. I did not like even a single feature of the software. The only reason I gave it a 3-star rating is that its size is small.

**What do you dislike about webcamXP?**

I disliked everything about the software! Not a single option was likable, sellable, or usable. Poor design, worse options, and no appeal. I will not use it or recommend it to others.

**What problems is webcamXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried downloading webcamXP for security for my company's equipment but it did not help because of the reasons I mentioned above. The team needs to take this feedback seriously and improve the performance.
