Webcam Surveyor is Windows desktop software by El Software Solutions for webcam recording and authorized camera monitoring. It helps small businesses use an existing PC and compatible cameras to keep a local video record of a workspace, office, or other property they are permitted to monitor. Teams can record continuously, split long recordings into manageable files, or capture events when motion is detected. Motion Capture can include footage from before an event when configured. The software also supports multiple camera instances on one PC, scheduled and automatic recording, snapshots, and alerts through email, Telegram, or Discord. The Browser tab makes it easy to review saved images, videos, and motion-capture files. Webcam Surveyor is designed for businesses that need practical, long-term recording without a mandatory cloud subscription. Recordings are stored locally, and a 30-day trial lets teams test the software with their own cameras before purchasing a business license. Monitoring must be lawful and authorized, with notice or consent where required.
