If you want to host your own data and tailor your environment to your needs, web2Project is a solid choice. **What do you dislike about web2Project?** It has a steep learning curve and doesn’t feel very polished overall. The UI is clunky, which makes it harder to use than it should be. **What problems is web2Project solving and how is that benefiting you?** A reliable open-source workhorse for business PMSs. We're a technical team that prioritizes data ownership over fancy drag-and-drop interfaces, so it's serving us a little OK for now. ### 2. It is however hard to get trained on and will need some sort of training for users to get adjusted to it. **What problems is web2Project solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are looking for a project management tool that is web based and helps us organize our projects across multiple platforms. It helped us speed up our workspace as well. ### 3. This platform was a novelty and a pleasant surprise, we made tests with several of our projects and we did very well, have a very simple form of management, based on the functions necessary for the administration of projects but at the same time ensure an efficient and productive execution. ### 4. It has the ability to work with as many companies, departments, and users as you want. **Recommendations to others considering web2Project:** Its a one-stop shop for all project information to avoid confusion and reduce risks. **What problems is web2Project solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can produce Gant charts for individual projects or overall groups.
