The only thing at this point I would change would be the custom reports. Even when simplifying it, it is too complex for the majority of my customers. You can also see the progress of your target keywords in a detailed manner which can give you an insight of how much improvement you have gained based on the SEO efforts you have performed.

The report's content can be edited and enough to show to the client so they can clearly see the progress of your work.

As far as I am concerned, WEB CEO is an essential tool for SEO work. It provides regular and accurate information on keyword performance that helps to analyse and improve my client's websites. I've been using it for years and have never felt tempted to change.

The only thing I'd like to see added is a graphical representation of the monthly keyword data. Clients love to see this but I currently export the data to a spreadsheet to create the graphs I need - if anyone has a way of doing this with WEB SEO please let me know. The keyword research and on-page analysis are pretty nice. Giving me my 'odds' of ranking well on a targeted phrase. Also, love how I can break things down by geographical location.

The on-page analysis is something I've not found with any other provider. It's the one feature that has me sticking around. While the keyword research tool and on-page analysis are great. I'm finding that ranking reports are not spot-on accurate. I have instances where a keyword phrase I'm targeting doesn't show as ranked, but when I do a manual search for it - it's there. This is random and not enough for me to look elsewhere, but it is a 'head-scratcher'. I understand that browser history etc is stripped out when reports are generated by the WEBCEO platform which could account for some things. Apparently, It's a geographical oddity for me as I'm told WEBCEO does not get reports from any other users regarding this.

The other item would be I would prefer to use Google for a source regarding backlinks. Majestic doesn't seem to pick up all the backlinks I have and is the only option offered for backlink analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
