Until I learned to take things one section at a time, it was so overwhelming that I could not get any value from the program. Also, it takes a lot of attention to get roganized and stay so. Thorough reporting to tackle the most needed aspects of managing a website's optimization. For someone with in depth experience in SEO this gives a consultant access to some of the most important reporting and optimization tools needed to resolve inefficiencies of a website. What do you dislike about Web CEO? #1 is that reporting on some advanced functions requires keeping an eye on the budget because some of the most amazing functions of this system can be add additional fees. To be fair a qualified consultant should be paid well enough for using this tool as a qualified professional that these fees should not be an issue in the budget. 2nd: It would be great to have a portion of this system on a desktop environment without having to purchase a separate subscription but the online system provides everything that an experienced SEO consultant needs to manage a site. Sometimes it's nice to be able to do some things offline although it is not a deal killer. Recommendations to others considering Web CEO: WebCEO can be helpful for beginners but it is a complex system and as with any tool it will be most effective when in the hands of a qualified professional. Even though it lets customers accomplish a lot there is still a significant factor of industry experience needed to understand how mechanisms work. For an SEO professional who has experience WebCEO is a really good place to get the collection of tools needed to give clients the best results. We use every piece of WebCEO to manage all aspects of our clients' and our own Ecomm sites. It easily connects to Google's Search Console to retrieve search term queries, traffic patterns and 100s of other critical data for optimizing the website with the most effective and competitive content. For many years we had used a combination of tools and skills to coordinate optimization efforts and it was a time consuming process of managing data. WebCEO helps to organize and associate related data so that when updates are made in one area it helps to update data in other areas of the reports that assist us in making changes where needed.
