Despite using it for years, I've switched to combining different software tools at times to achieve a complete perspective. **What do you dislike about Web CEO?** A bit of a clunky user interface, limited reporting and keyword research capabilities, poor customer support, and a high price point. The optimization score doesn't align with my views. Although I understand that software needs to generate some metrics, I believe our website is in a better state than the score suggests. **What problems is Web CEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although it offers valuable guidance on ranking a website well in Google, I believe Web CEO needs to be supplemented with other software tools to provide a complete solution. **Official Response from Brian Gareth:** > Thank you for your feedback, Dave! It also provides me with a backlink quality check in order to determine toxic links. **What do you dislike about Web CEO?** Because it is immediate, it is not trended and there may be some data that is incorrect. **Recommendations to others considering Web CEO:** While WebCEO helps with our SEO strategy, it is not the full picture. I would not recommend this product to someone looking for an end-all product. **What problems is Web CEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the product primarily for determining quality of our backlinks.
