Weave has greatly improved our clinic's communications with patients. Our patients really enjoy our new text capabilities. We are so impressed with this service that we are going to be enrolling in the payments service as well. We are in a new time and Weave allows us to stay up to date with how people prefer to communicate in 2022. - Constantly loses connection with our server, creating errors with auto messaging to patients.
- Support is useless. I have had three phone calls with a combined 6 hours over the past 2 days and the most recent issue is not resolved (my request was simply to ask why some patients weren't getting 3 day confirmation reminders and others were. One rep promised to call back with an answer and instead emailed me how to be 10DLC compliant - this was not the issue, which another rep confirmed. The issue still persists).

it is so easy to use I introduced it to our office about 2 yearsago and they all love it. easy to transfer our calls if we have a remote day. easy to text everyone and recieve pics if we need our patient insurance card. our faxes we wanted to stop using our printer, so much ink was waisted, electronic faxes was the way to go and I can save phone/fax numbers so we always know where it came from.it is so easy to download on your cell phone or computer. we use it everyday . its been rare but when I contact customer service they are on it and answer quick , you can even just chat online if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While working in a busy dental office, Weave makes my life so much easier when it comes to patient communication. I love the ease of being able to text or call patients using Weave. The patient payment feature is amazing as well. I highly recommend Weave! Also, it is super convenient to call customer support and speak to an actual representative to diagnose any technical issues. For our office, it is a great help that we can text to communicate with patients as it is sometimes faster for patients who prefer to message than have a phone call.

We love the reminders for those who are scheduled and the recall system to catch patients who haven't yet been scheduled.
We also use it as a communication among staff while at the office which helps keep everyone on the same page.

Wonderful phones, easy system for patient identification, transfering calls, putting people on hold, etc. The app on the desktop is great that we can see who is calling, and lookup patient details as far as account and appointments.

The desktop and web apps are atrocious. We won't be able to text patients randomly because their profile says "patient opted out" even though the patient's communication preferences allow for it and we can't fix it.
The phone part of the app regularly crashes. I have to struggle between the mobile app, the web app and the desktop app to even reach a patient.
The forms are needlessly complex and buggy.
Support is nonexistent and the sales team is increibly pushy.

We rely heavily on the texting option that Weave offers. The staff and clients love this option and it has really helped with the amount of calls that would be coming in. Clients also love that they can text us pictures of their pets to give us a better understanding of issues like skin and if they need to be seen ASAP. We would be lost without Weave. I think Weave is a fantastic platform for office use and patient communication. Our office uses the interoffice text/instant message communication feature to communicate with each other during the work day. The biggest fault I find with Weave is being unable to send out a mass email or mass text messages to patients regarding last-minute appointment availability. I've worked with Revenue Well, and their feature for that service is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
