I do not like that one cannot change the wording of the options while drafting and you must finish drafting and go into the document to make revisions. Some simple word changes may be made while drafting to save time. Much of the queries and educational content is geared toward West-coast attorneys and/or clients affected by the estate tax. The latter was formerly helpful, but planning considerations have changed drastically since the passage of the TCJA. Perhaps more robust options surrounding family dynamics could be included, now that emphasis is generally now on the Revocable Living Trust + Pour-Over Will, without consideration given to reducing the size of the taxable estate.
