I like the instant customer support. I also like the tool because it shows my actual time logs, so I can easily verify my time. I can check activity reports in different formats for today, yesterday, the current week, the previous week, the previous month, the previous quarter, and even for the last any-days data. In addition, I can review the full day with shift in and out, and filter it to see only within shift timings or only outside shift timings. This is a really, really good feature. I was unable to proceed in the MyZen application because the screen was stuck on "Fetching your data," and an error message appeared stating, "No active tenant found for domain gemsny-it-solutions." After establishing a remote session with the support team for real-time troubleshooting, they diagnosed the issue as a tenant/domain configuration mismatch. I would like to share my feedback on what I like most about We360. One feature I really appreciate is the scorecard. It provides a comprehensive view of key parameters such as average working time, online time, active time, productive time, and idle time. Since this data is available on a monthly basis, it helps me easily track and review my overall performance in one place.

I also find the comparative analysis feature very useful because it allows me to evaluate my performance effectively. Additionally, I can check daily attendance details, including half days taken, late login, early login, departure, total working hours, break time, and even identify when the most breaks were taken.
