I like real-time activity tracking, active/idle classifications, applications and URL monitoring, productivity reports, and compliance-friendly user behavior insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times the activity level appears lower even when users are online and actively working simply because there are very few mouse clicks or key presses. Because of this we tend to rely more on the productivity reports instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
