It's really fun to work with the platform and to see in the analytics section how the interaction on the platform measures up. The staff at Wazoku are very polite and often report on new tools in webinars and we have a monthly catch up with our personal product manager. I like the marketing offers and email prompts for new videos and webinars, as well as the exercise platform for testing. The new mode is very beautiful and very colourful. The dashboard is also very flexible and very transparent. Every staff member can see where they stand and how much they still have to do. In addition, you can see in your own profile how many challenges you have started and participated in. Right now, I really like the fact that wazoku is collecting customer feedback. **What do you dislike about Wazoku?** I find it sad that many things only happen in sprints and can't be changed ad hoc. This is good for wazoku but sometimes not very user-centered. Speed of the problem change. Unfortunately, we had to change a few small things during the introduction regarding our German data protection. That was a bit of work. I think it is a shame that there are not more pictures to choose from. A larger selection of images would be much cooler. A global challange was set up and launched within an extremely short period of time: 2 weeks! When we needed additional feature we had regular consultation with the product developemt team and get it delivered with the last product update.
