I love it because it is a very intuitive platform, according to its idea management programming, because I like it in a giant way, since it can present a project that will later receive high visibility and verification by this system , highlighting that it is easy to use for any new user who comes to use this ideation service, with new added functions that make this functionality possible. The lack of functionalities in analytical terms, which does not make this system complex, the lack of this tool makes the work not effective after all, since it analyzes each idea raised promulgating whether it is moderate or not, having a great network of rejection by this platform, including the lack of static design and lack of dynamism, mostly in its user interface, providing a dry development in digital illustrations. Recommendations to others considering Wazoku: This software offers large amounts of useful functions that we have not found with other providers, in addition to other technical aspects, the concept that accompanies it is the main Wazoku ideation function, which is very intuitive, being a sophisticated software, allowing Users to design information delivery pages, with different types of documents, using customizable fields that include category, description, time scale and increased income opportunity when starting their implementation in any platform, having a great base to be recommended. Wazoku is implemented in our company by its main source of creation of ideas to work on projects based on what our clients demand of us, allowing us to reach their own perspectives, since it maintains a great commercial relationship, mentioning that we use it mainly to centralize mainly in our users, which from our point of view are the main priority, thanks to them that we are a great company, all due to this software. No mobile application has been purchased, this could be a greater efficiency of performance at work, since they would have more options of ease and comfort integrated into their main system, not having the functional reform reduces the obtainable benefits in half the effort that on the web, would be a necessary implementation that many users demand this option and, finally, it does not agree with the payment facilities or the product tests for a certain period of time. They always have an open ear for questions and comments and adjust the intensity of the personal contact individually to the company. It is very easy to launch idea challenges, just in a few hours you have the challenge up and running. It's is also very flexible allowing us to launch any type of challenge and choosing the target audience for each challenge. You can also easily customise the look & feel. Customer support is amazing, working closely with you and helping to make sure you are making the most of the platform and you are successful. Some users’ management we have to do because of the way we are organised required help from the support team, seems if you integrate Wazoku with your directory this could be solved (we have not done this yet). We received excellent support from Wazoku and from the team as to the use and application of the crowd-sourcing platform; as well as logistical support on the use of the platform, and patient advice on the challenge framing. It was perhaps a learning process for them as much as it was for us - as it was used for a very different purpose to the one it is often used for (i.e crowd-sourcing policy ideas rather than more operational questions).
