I like that you can look up jobs and find the best

**What do you dislike about WayUp?**

Not too many options for job categories on the site

**What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to see different jobs in other states that may be related to the industry I am looking for

**What do you like best about WayUp?**

I like the idea of being able to hire recent graduates or college students looking for an internship. The interface is wonderful and the ability to search through resumes is awesome.

**What do you dislike about WayUp?**

We had low engagement from potential employees. We utilized our 40 outbound messages and got very few responses.

**Recommendations to others considering WayUp:**

I imagine this is a great option for bigger companies looking for fresh talent in emerging fields. For seasonal work, even on the higher end, it did not meet our needs.

**What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have moved on from WayUp. It seems like a great 'career' solution. I work in the high-end camping industry and it was not suited for us for good recruitment.
