"Streamlined Client Comm with WayMore for Admin Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about WayMore?

I leverage WayMore’s lightweight omnichannel automation to cut repetitive admin outreach, organize executive client communication, and standardize follow-up workflows without heavy enterprise marketing tools. WayMore streamlines tasks by allowing me to segment contact lists, automate email/SMS triggers, and use reusable branded templates. Its contact segmentation feature lets me auto-tag entries, eliminating the manual sorting of contacts and enabling tailored communication. I build automated follow-up workflows tied to meeting completion logs, ensuring consistent executive client care. The template library standardizes firm-wide external messaging, making updates efficient and maintaining brand consistency. The campaign dashboard provides quick engagement reports, essential for refining outreach timing. WayMore requires no dedicated IT support, fitting perfectly for our small team. Its standout feature is a custom trigger workflow system that integrates smoothly with our scheduling tool, Hapony. The unified branded template library saves me time by updating one master template for all campaigns and ensures all communications are polished and consistent. The lightweight reporting dashboard gives straightforward metrics without needing advanced analytics training, which is critical for our small team without a dedicated marketing analyst. What do you dislike about WayMore?

The contact import function lacks flexible bulk matching options when I pull client records exported from Hapony. Each week, I export a CSV of executive consultation contacts to upload into WayMore, but the platform only auto-matches a narrow set of standard column headers such as 'name' and 'email.' Custom fields I rely on daily—like assigned executive advisor, consultation date, and client account tier—cannot be mapped automatically. I have to manually drag and align every custom data column during each import batch, a repetitive task that takes 30 to 45 minutes weekly. There is no saved mapping template feature, so I repeat the same column alignment steps every single time I upload new leads or updated client data. Beyond imports, WayMore’s SMS automation has noticeable limitations for professional executive office use. It enforces rigid business-hour sending restrictions with no time zone customization and blocks embedded hyperlinks in text messages. This forces me to send extra follow-up emails for meeting links and document deadlines, creating disjointed client communication. In terms of team security, the permission system is overly basic. It offers no granular role controls, so all users can view the full confidential client database. Adding tiered access, such as read-only role access limited to each executive’s assigned clients, would greatly improve data privacy. Lastly, the reporting features are too simplistic. The platform only provides basic engagement metrics with no customizable filtered reports or scheduled auto-exports. I currently spend extra time manually organizing data into segmented monthly reports for leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Automation, Although Slow Customer Service"
4/5
What do you like best about WayMore?

What I like most about WayMore is the speed of automation, which is done in a compact and intuitive way. It also saves the team a lot of time when creating a campaign, thanks to the automation of different processes, making everything faster and improving performance when working with a large number of clients. Additionally, the initial setup was quite simple, with the guidelines provided by WayMore, which makes it easy to assemble the team due to its very intuitive profile. What do you dislike about WayMore?

Well, customer service could be faster. Although it is mentioned that it is 24/7, meaning every day, all week, it takes a little time to respond to messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Internal Communication Tool for Small HR Teams"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WayMore?

I appreciate WayMore's user-friendly automation and flexible audience grouping, which fit perfectly with my HR and office operations tasks. I love the simple automated messaging workflows since I can build scheduled message sequences without complex coding. Creating reusable text templates and setting delivery times have made my work much more efficient. I also value the intuitive contact grouping feature which lets me categorize employees by team, making communications precise and avoiding irrelevant content. The performance tracking dashboard is straightforward, allowing me to check delivery numbers and engagement data instantly, which helps in making quick adjustments for better participation. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly straightforward with no technical support required, and the whole onboarding experience was seamless for our team. What do you dislike about WayMore?

The platform has no native integration with survey tools like Survio, which is my main application for building questionnaires and collecting employee feedback. Currently, I have to manually copy survey links and response statistics from Survio, then paste them into WayMore messages one by one. There is no automatic data sync. If I update a survey link or extend the collection period, I need to revise every related message template separately. This creates extra repetitive work and raises the risk of using outdated links by mistake. There is no built-in message scheduling for recurring tasks. We run regular ongoing work like monthly internal questionnaires, weekly team briefings and quarterly benefit briefings. Currently, I have to manually recreate or reactivate message schedules every single time these recurring events come around. There is no option to set up cyclic sending rules for weekly, monthly or yearly tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
