What I love most about Waymark, is that it offers smaller tier or secondary clients a high quality, white label option that will get them elevated content that they need for their needs, quickly. What I dislike about Waymark, is that although it is rapidly expanding it's library of options and making updates to the edit features to give the user more control over the overall edit process, this can come across as overwhelming to some clients or even Spectrum Reach employees that are not tech-savvy. For some users, when you give them too many options, it can become too much for them to handle, as they feel the scope of the edit in front of them is now too much to deal with. Perhaps this could be remedied by giving the website an additional, new, alternative client-interface, where instead of listing all the categories and options on the side in small font for the client to click through, the client is instead greeted with a splash page, and easy step by step instructions and drop down boxes to walk them through each step. I realize that there is an FAQ section, and it is indeed very helpful. But again, if a client is not technically inclined, it would be very easy for them to miss on the website. There are multiple different templates available to select from to match the style of your message. The AI voiceover feature is also helpful to add layers to the videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since it is still growing and improving, there are some bumps you run into with usability every now and then. I wish the video templates were more customizable sometimes so you could change small sections of the videos themselves rather than trying to find a whole new template to fit what you need.
