The interface is incredibly easy to use, but most importantly the app's logic and karma system makes parking fair and easy. Previous parking apps that our company had used resulted in highly frustrating scenarios where our carpark would be full in theory on the app, but empty on the day. The karma system keeps everyone accountable and ensures our carpark is at almost full capacity each day. I love that you can book multiple days at once, and book in the future with ease. The only improvement I would like to see is when trying to book on the same day is an app that automatically refreshes the availability instead of having to constantly refresh. However, this is very minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
