We run an engineering upskilling program and we need insights into our engineers daily/weekly performance. The analytics provide d from Waydev allows us to immediately know how each engineer is trending relative to historic data and their teammates. My favourite feature is the dashboard with its inbuilt benchmarking capability, this enables us to compare our developers performance with others in market. It is also a great tool to be able to spot productivity problems and fix them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
