waxTable is an AI-powered document workspace that helps businesses create, manage, and send client-ready business documents in minutes. Its AI agent, Waxe, turns a simple brief, email, meeting notes, or requirements document into a fully written, priced, designed, and branded document—without starting from templates or manually formatting pages. Businesses can use waxTable to create proposals, contracts, scopes of work, invoices, NDAs, pitch decks, reports, purchase orders, and other client documents. Waxe handles the structure, content, pricing calculations, and visual design, while automatically applying the company's brand colors, fonts, logo, and tone. Beyond document generation, waxTable provides a complete workflow for reviewing and managing client documents. Users can edit documents manually or with AI, collaborate with teammates, share documents through view-only links, collect e-signatures, export branded PDFs, manage approvals, and track documents through the sales pipeline. waxTable is designed for agencies, consultancies, professional-service firms, founders, and small businesses that regularly create proposals and other client-facing documents. It replaces the traditional process of spending hours or days writing, pricing, designing, formatting, and coordinating documents with an AI-assisted workflow that can take a brief to a finished, signable document in about five minutes. The platform uses a credit-based pricing model rather than charging per document or per seat, with plans designed for individuals through larger teams. A free trial provides 200 credits without requiring a credit card.
