What I like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk is how intuitive and user‑friendly it is. Everything is in one place, so it’s easy to track requests, collaborate with the team, and resolve issues quickly. The automation features save a ton of time, and the real‑time updates mean nothing slips through the cracks. It’s streamlined, efficient, and makes supporting our users a much smoother experience

"Wavity Help and Service Desk has eliminated the chaos of scattered requests and slow response times. What's great about Wavity is that the Developers are very open to your feedback and will develop the environment to suit your needs. If a feature is missing, you can bring it up to them and they will generally get it implemented within a few days.

If an error does get encountered, it tends to not have a full explanation for the error or why it was thrown.

It's our main Ticketing System and knowledge base for internal and external customers alike.

Love that they are so willing to listen to your needs and work with you to get the system setup to meet those needs. Customer support is always quick to reply. Ticket management is easy to use and easy to customize.  Can create user specific widgets and reports

Inability to change color pallet to match your companies pallet.  (I understand it is in a future release)

It is our primary ticketing system for customer interaction as well as a knowledgebase for internal and external customers

The flexibility. Wavitys team helps build out workflows based on your needs. The mobile app along with the web dashboard give users a easy way to submit tickets but submit them with the information our team needs to resolve on first touch.

I haven't found anything yet. My team and end users rave about it.

Helping organize the ticket submissions that gives my team the information needed on creation to properly support. 

For the IT team it allows them to build their own dashboard to view their queues and assigned tickets.

There are some UI elements that do not refresh as we would expect, but they should be fixed in the next UI update.

We have been using Wavity for 1-2 years, and I love it. It allows our team to stay on task, easily communicate through notes on tickets, and, most importantly, get work completed efficiently. We chose this software because it was cost-effective, but we kept using it because it was easy to use, configure and had a large community of support.

None. I have no complaints about any of it.

We use Wavity as our primary customer support platform, handling all incoming inquiries from our customers through email, phone, etc. Wavity is used daily by our customer support team to manage and respond to customer requests.

We also use the Wavity knowledge base and a self-service portal to provide our customers with the resources and information they need to resolve issues independently. The ability to create custom macros and automation helps us respond to common inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Wavity Help and Service Desk tool is cost-effective in comparison of other tools, and implementation is also very easy. 
Users are able to track their tickets and raise incidents very easily. Wavity Helpdesk tool has good analytics functions, which is very useful for managers to know the status easily and can make plans for further improvements related to their operational support.
IT Team can customize the tools based on the organization's needs.
The Tool is awesome, and employees can appreciate the support team once their Ticket is resolved by the support team.

The support Operation Team is able to meet the SLA and able to provide the best support in a timely manner.

The user interface of Wavity tool is very simple and easy to work with. Training our staff on this tool has been very simple. There are several applications included that have been easy to implement.  We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.

So far we did not get any major issues with the implementation and usage.

Tracking enrollment for employees of our clients was major challenge. We used to have to rely on email and paper enrollment form processing. We were missing emails and losing track of emails. With the implementation of the Wavity ticketing system, the overall management of enrollment process has been streamlined in our office. We do not miss on enrollments and that in turn has cut down our processing times and saved us many hrs every month.

Wavity's flexibility and customization allow our orginization to streamline the application to our needs.  The base software includes many modules that can be used by the organization.  This allows multiple software to be replaced by one solution.

The initial setup and configuration of the software can be overwhelming, thankfully the Wavity team has staff that can support you with the transition and can make changes to the software in lightning-speed turnaround.

Wavity is replacing our old Manage Engine software which has major issues with asset management records being sent to disposed and removing data.    Having a solution that allows Service Tickets and Asset Management is going to allow us to improve on the entire ITIL process.

**What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk?**

Wavity was onboarded to replace our expensive IT help desk.  We had a very smooth transition from our old application.  We were able to quickly customize the application the way we needed it without requiring any assistance.  I can work from my phone just as easily as my desktop.  Wavity has amazing customer support.

**What do you dislike about Wavity Help and Service Desk?**

So far everything seems to be working fine.  Looking forward to Wavity's Outlook integration.

**What problems is Wavity Help and Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching to this great ticketing tool, saved us more money, and allowed us to be more productive against our SLAs.
