**What do you like best about Wavetec?**

Customers and staff members are thrilled to have a product that offers online appointments and a virtual ticketing system. Additionally, the ease of the system, including the dashboard and reporting mechanisms, has been awesome! The SMS notification system has also been a great help since the office has a smaller waiting area, and the customers and staff love it. Wavetec also provides great customer support and responds to inquiries within minutes! Special requests and other inquiries are always addressed, and we truly appreciate the support.

**What do you dislike about Wavetec?**

I will be honest and admit that the self-install option was not optimal for our operations as we did not have the appropriate or available resources to deploy the systems as desired. As a result, our limited IT resources required additional coordination which extended the installation process and timeline.

**What problems is Wavetec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Security and Access Control Office at SMF needed an upgraded queuing system that would offer same-day appointments (with the ability to expand) a virtual ticketing system, and text notification abilities. The system needed to also needed to keep track of the data but we need to keep it simple. Wavetec is doing all of that and more.

**What do you like best about Wavetec?**

The support team is excellent.  Very fast responses and quick turnarounds with product requests and inquiries.  For the most part they have been able to deliver a product that meets the needs for our business.

**What do you dislike about Wavetec?**

Less than once a month we may lose a certain functionality of the product and I have to contact support.  The issue is typically resolved that same day.

**What problems is Wavetec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wavetec helps us manage our line and provides texts to our customers regarding the status of their position.  We also are able to send a follow up survey after service has been delivered.  The reporting analytics are very hepful and fit our needs.

While support has been great sometimes time differences can be a bit of a challenge. That is not a hindrance to the product.

Wavetec helps us keep track of how many patients we see and also our patient wait time.

**What do you dislike about Wavetec?**

Having to reboot the system multiple times when there is a connectivity issue. Only 1 person is able to login in to a counter and if that person is still logged in, no one else can login in on that particular counter.

Wavetec how us keep track of how many patients we see a day. It also helps us ensue each patient is seen in a timely manner.

The Wavetec system greatly reduced wait time for our customers.  It is easy to use, and has made the line queue process in our store much more efficient.  The entire team is extremely helpful getting our system up and running smoothly!

We had a tech issue getting our personalized content up and running in the beginning, but the support team was amazing and helpful in getting the content working!

Ease of use, speed of implementation, speed of coming out with new versions and very simple and fast geographic replication. Short time to market to improve the customer experience.
Good remote and on-site support. The Wavetec team is highly competitive.

I think it is still possible to improve the integration with call center platforms and the functionality they have, such as including CRM functions or call routing, chat or video

The Wavetec platform solves the management of shifts and appointments simply and quickly. Its ease of integration into applications is very valuable since it allows the integration of different media; there are practically no limits. It helps us solve customer, staff or even supplier counts. In addition to integrating platforms commonly used by almost any user.

The queue management system has been an effective tool for organizing the flow of customers at Maderas San Pascual, improving the shopping experience. Additionally, we highlight the support service from our provider that responds quickly to our problems.

**What do you dislike about Wavetec?**

The system has its flaws because the internet connection is not the best in our facilities and when required it sometimes causes us some problems, but generally the service is great.

**What problems is Wavetec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Maderas San Pascual, we used to have a manual shift system that caused problems with slowness and accumulation of customers, and doing it manually also involved human error. Thanks to Wavetec, we now have a constant flow of customers without major bottlenecks or large crowds.

Wavetec offers state of the art - simple to use queue management systems that enhance customers' experience when entering the shop and when cashing out.

Lead time can sometime be a bit too long

**What problems is Wavetec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stores can quickly drive - and manage - their consumers' flow when entering the store, shortening the waiting time "feeling," increasing the basket value, and helping the store employees. 
The back-office platform also allows management to monitor the customer flow and adequately staff the boots/cashouts depending on the date and time.

We would have liked more in-person engagements with Wavetec. Although, that is more to do with the pandemic. Let's hope it will get better.

Is a solid solutions with a lot of customers using Wavetec. The support is very good when the customers have problems.

Is complex to make a configuration, We don't' have a list price. Is a expensive solutions, we just lost a deal by price, our cost was higer of Qflow. We don´t have information how Wevatec compite in the market versus other similar solutions.
