I'm small and I can do all my monthly billing pretty quickly and easily! And it's free! I only pay when I decide to accept online payments and I can turn off the online payments for big invoices where I really don't want to pay the %. It did take a few months to figure out the most efficient way to do things and figure out the settings I wanted to set for my specific workflow. It's a dream product... and you were going to be paying a certain % for online payments regardless so why not pay these people if they have a useful free system for tracking everything else. Admittedly, it's not Quickbooks so for complicated businesses you do need a real accounting software... but if your accountant or tax person approves of the level of sophistication this product provides, every last small business should be using this instead of QB.
