People always ask what it is and how it works and then are impressed at how quickly and easily information is shared. So not only am I getting my information out, I also am giving them something unique to remember about our organization and the experience they had. The app UI is awesome! It's my favorite part and super simple to setup and customize with a ton of features even without the subscription. **What do you dislike about Wave Connect?** On occasion, I have had phones that cannot connect to the card. And most of the time, that's user error on the recipient's part - whether because they don't know how to accept the contact or the NFC is not active, or they just don't want to scan the QR code. But it does make it a little more awkward. My only criticism would be with the printing on the card. The font comes in a nice raised format but for some reason, the coloured font on the card seems to be printed ontop of a white font - these fonts are slightly out of line with each other. **What problems is Wave Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** For years I would collect business cards and create photo albums of them for the different locations of work from NZ, Spain, Italy, UK, Bermuda, etc. It was handy being able to recall the album at a later date and share contacts if needed.
