**What do you like best about Wati?**

I’ve been using WATI for more than 2 years now, and honestly, it has played a big role in how I handle conversations and sales on WhatsApp.

What I like the most is how simple it made automation. Earlier, managing leads manually on WhatsApp was messy and time-consuming. With WATI, I was able to set up flows for lead qualification, follow-ups, and even basic customer support without needing a technical background. It helped me bring some structure into my sales process.

The broadcast and segmentation features are also very useful. I can target the right audience instead of sending the same message to everyone, which improved my response rates.

Recently, their Instagram integration has been a solid addition. Being able to capture leads from Instagram DMs and bring them into the same system makes things much smoother. Now I don’t have to jump between platforms, and I can automate replies there as well, which is a big advantage if you're running ads or getting a lot of inbound messages.

Overall, if you're serious about WhatsApp marketing and conversational sales, WATI is a strong tool to start with and grow on. It helped me move from manual chatting to a more system-driven approach, which made a real difference in my business.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

I chose WATI as a solution after reviewing a few contendors for the task. We are a small association and we needed an automated Whatsapp Business solution that would suit our price point. WATI managed to meet our requirements and indeed appears to have additional features which we did not have on our specs, but which will certainly enhance our capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

What I did not like was the native WATI AI Agent, but their support staff quickly redirected me to the more advanced Astra agent which is brilliant. However it adds another hundred bucks to your cost.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used the Meta WhatsApp Inbox. It was great for initiating conversations, but it fell short when it came to automation. Because of that, we started looking for a solution that would let us automate WhatsApp handling and also support incorporating an AI agent.

After evaluating a few other contenders, such as respond.io and ManyChat, we chose WATI as a middle-ground compromise between respond.io’s more advanced setup and ManyChat’s simplicity. So far, WATI has enabled us to automate the handling of WhatsApp enquiries, keep a shared inbox for our team, and even connect other systems so we can send WhatsApp messages through WATI’s integrations.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

I use Wati for WhatsApp messaging and social media connections like Instagram, facebook, and I love how it easily allows me to send WhatsApp messages in audio, video, and doc format. The Google Sheet integration really eases the work for me. The ease of the app, coupled with a good user interface, makes it easy to use and manage. I'm very impressed with the Google Sheet automation, integrations like Zapier, and variables; they are amazing. I've never faced any issues with Wati. Also, it saves time as I can send messages in bulk directly from the sheet without having to upload a CSV or anything, which makes things better. The initial setup was the easiest, and it only required a little experience with Meta Dashboard, which is common for all platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

Pricing can be improved, currently it is costly. Either monthly subscription charge or markup to messages, any one instead of both.

Wati lets me send WhatsApp messages in audio, video, and document formats and integrates with Google Sheets, saving time by sending bulk messages without CSV uploads.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

I use Wati for customer support, sales, and automation. The chatbot builder is great, it helps me solve all the problems of my association and is easy and stable. I can perform integrations with other systems and model my customer's journey. I particularly like the chatbot and the Webhooks system. With Webhooks, I can integrate and receive information from my sites and integrate with my CRM. The chatbot has many widgets that allow me to do practically anything in my customer's journey. I integrate donation data during the conversation with our donors, which has improved our fundraising and donor support.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

I feel that the customer service AI still needs improvement. It is still very basic and does not handle well with users who do not understand how an AI works.

Wati solves all the problems of my association with its Chatbot and Webhooks builder, integrating websites and CRM, modeling the customer journey, and simplifying donor acquisition.

I like Wati's new functionality of automating Instagram ads, as it lets me set up automations for new comments on my ads, which eases my previously manually done work. I used to manually reply to every comment on my Instagram ads, but now I can build chatbots with Wati for this. I like the fast cycles of new features coming out and the response of the support team. They are up to date with all the new Meta developments, which helps me further automate my system. I appreciate the speed of the support responses because it's truly 24/7, and honestly, getting good human support nowadays is hard.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

What I value most about WATI is the speed with which I can manage chats and the automation it offers. I also highlight the ease of implementation and, above all, the agility to connect with users, which allows me to respond quickly and find conversations easily. I consider that, given the frequency with which we use the platform, the customer service we receive is adequate and does not neglect the users. Finally, I want to emphasize that the simple integration with our company was a great help since the frequency of use is daily.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

What I don't like is that sometimes it can take a while to update the messages. However, I want to think that this is due to the browser or even the device from which the service is accessed. I also don't rule out that the internet connection might influence this behavior.

This tool makes it easier for me to manage and resolve tickets for the company's users, as I provide support through it. Communication in the support area is essential for everything to function correctly within the company, and I believe we couldn't maintain the same work pace without wati.

I like Wati for its dashboard and Instagram feature. It's great to manage all Instagram messages in one inbox and handle all Instagram DMs from a team box. I also appreciate the affordable subscription plan; we used to pay 200 US dollars with another service, but with Wati, it's just 50 US dollars. The initial setup was very easy, thanks, and I am highly likely to recommend Wati to others.

I request to reduce the cost of message to Egypt as it cost about 0.10 US cent.

What I value most is the native integration it has with Shopify and the ease of creating "Broadcasts" (mass messages). The flow builder is very visual and allows us to automate basic responses without knowing how to program, which saves the team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

Sometimes the mobile application is not as fast or complete as the desktop version; it has some limitations if you are out of the office. Also, the template approval process is sometimes confusing, although I understand that this partly depends on Meta and not just on Wati.

We had the problem of managing hundreds of messages on a single physical phone. Wati solved the chaos of the shared inbox. Now we can assign conversations to different agents and automatically recover abandoned carts, which has increased our conversions.

I really like Wati's UI because it's so close to the original WhatsApp interface, making the learning curve extremely flat and easy to understand for both me and my teammates. The fast development cycles keep Wati up-to-date with new features, and I particularly love the introduction of drip campaigns. I also appreciate the multiple ways to import contacts, which are all really easy to use. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, with helpful support from the sales rep, including an onboarding call.

I like the ability to connect all the social media accounts like WhatsApp, FB, and Instagram together on a single platform with Wati. It integrates all the chats from Meta platforms, making it my single source of truth for all customer-related information. I also appreciated that the initial setup of Wati was quite easy, taking only a couple of hours.

There is some lag in Wati sometimes. The messages do not sync properly. They will have to check with Meta API for doing this better.

I love the ease of use and the automations are really good and easy to set up. Campaign analytics are also a big plus for me. Running an ecommerce business means my customers are on WhatsApp, so Wati really helps in increasing sales and sending important communications and updates. It also improves customer support. The initial setup of Wati was very easy.

This is a centralized platform that allows you to manage all your WhatsApp chats and handle WhatsApp marketing in one place. Additionally, it offers integration with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

The tool is in need of a significant redesign to incorporate more modern design elements. 

Additionally, topping up the balance for broadcasting is not automated, which is inconvenient. 

When uploading contacts for broadcasting, they are merged into the main contacts tab, requiring you to use filters to find specific entries. 

Another limitation is the lack of support for multiple accounts; for instance, I am unable to have a single admin email address managing three separate accounts for three different companies.

Also, it lacks custom roles.

I like the simplicity of Wati's interface and that it has many features. It allows me to offer WhatsApp automation and control agent access. I also value the template examples, the automatic responses to customers at any time, and the ability to make sales without anyone being connected. Additionally, it allows human agents to intervene if necessary. The initial setup was very easy for me.

The loading speed of the web app should be increased.

We had to actually buy WhatsApp Business and have to manage multiple devices manually now because of that problem. Although a lot of people are using that template system with well-defined processes, it is too time-consuming for us. Also, Wati does become slow sometimes and takes too much time to load in certain cases, so that is what they might want to work on.

Wati is easy to use, offers solid features, and stays strongly focused on WhatsApp.

It's just super expensive, as soon as you want to really get seruious with Wati, they charge a lot, I would really not advice Wati. For 10 users you will end up paying like 300 USD and you need to purchase AI credits which are expensive as well. If possible use something else.

I mostly use Wati to create chatbots for brand promotions and contests, and to develop chatbots that help companies accelerate their sales process. I find the API pretty simple to use, and the chat UX is easy for non-tech people to learn. The pricing is pretty competitive for an enterprise-level tool. I really appreciate the support team; they answer almost immediately and help us implement our ideas. The initial setup of Wati was really easy for my team.

They are missing some API which are available in WhatsApp, like sticker support or special message types.
