I have to submit an annual faculty portfolio and my university has required us to use Watermark for the annual submissions. Uploading information is time-consuming and it doesn’t always carry over accurately into generated reports. Often the information reported may not fully represent the work done in specific fields, which can make it a challenge to use broadly. The best quality and feature of Activity Insight software was that it allowed me to have all of my credentials and achievements in one place allowing me to have an up to date profile at all times. Recommendations to others considering Watermark Faculty Success: It is suggested by Activity Insight to hire data entry personnel and that is just an additional cost to the already pricy software. Activity Insight allowed me to generate multiple types of reports for various purposes and it was very user friendly thus the learning curve was minimal and time needed to get up and running once all of the needed data was input into the system was minimal as well. Overall Activity Insight is a great tool that encourages employees to keep their data up to date for promotional and incentive purposes ultimately providing insight on our employees accomplishments over time.
