Some things could be automated, like your teaching history and student evals could be automatically loaded. It is not always intuitive what activities fit into which category. The hardest part for us has been rolling it out to the faculty, and their resistence in using the product. But, I would not blame that on the product but more so our faculty. We are using it for faculty to put in their accomplishments, etc. And hopefully in the future we can link this product with course evaluations and surveys and that data can then be used for faculty evaluation and possibly even P & T.
