WaterMark Pool Service is software for running a pool service company end to end. It brings route management, water chemistry, invoicing, and offline work into one interface built for outdoor use. The chemistry engine gives dosing recommendations from pool volume and conditions, calculates the Langelier Saturation Index only when every required parameter is logged, and caps each visit at a safe maximum dose. High-contrast themes and large touch targets suit wet hands and sunlight, and the field app is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Technicians see prior service detail and log visits, readings, photos, and signatures offline, syncing when back online. Financial tools include automated late fees, QuickBooks and Xero sync, and Stripe-powered payments. Homeowner portals share service history, and an AI receptionist answers calls and books work. Security: TLS throughout, every record scoped to your company at the query layer, and card numbers handled only by Stripe.
