The Watermark SL&L Team is very helpful. Most components of the SL&L software are intuitive, and I especially like the professional look of the e-portfolios. Some of the downsides is that if a file your uploading for an assignment or even a video that is required to be a certain length is too big then the platform stuggles to upload.
