We use WatchThemLive for our web platform and mainly our customer support team uses it which usually leads to a lot of good discussions around product enhancements and new features sometimes

-Video Replays and heatmaps help us understand every user and every page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchThemLive?

The closed beta test for Livechats integrated with Sessions Videos. I can't wait till we can use it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to use, yet powerful. A great tool that lets you see each visitor’s session on your website, delete the sessions you do not want and keep ones that you want to review with your web developers.

Then it lets you follow up on the changes made to see if they work.

i could not delete multiple user sessions at once, I have to delete them one at a time. For example, I would like to delete all sessions where there was only one page viewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
