What do you like best about WatchMyCompetitor?

It just makes tracking competitors super easy. My account manager is constantly available when I need him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the beginning, we had to tweak a bunch to track the pages and press we wanted but they quickly got it sorted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to understand your needs and make sure that they are being met.

What do you like best about WatchMyCompetitor?

The newsletter is the most used function to view competitors weekly.

Competitors to VMC don't present the news in such an easy-to-read way.

The WMC team is listening to all suggestions to improve the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchMyCompetitor?

Even if the APP on smartphone works very well, we do not use it. A weekly summary of the news is sufficient.

I mainly use the email updates but the platform itself is very easy to navigate and offers good insights. It saves me time on tracking competitor websites manually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the alerts need tweaking – either with missed alerts or pointless alerts. Our CSM always deals with this efficiently though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
