What do you like best about WatchGuard Network Security?

1. It helped to manage the load with multiple ISPs for seamless connectivity of the internet

2. Port and Internal forwarding is very simple and effective

3. Log viewer is very clear and can easily check the traffic and find the specific activity

4. Proxy setup provide complete control over the internet for the LAN user traffic

What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?

Dashboard with a Graphical interface can be incorporated

Mobile device management can be included from the basic box

The physical view of the device can be integrated in the web console to manage from outside of datacentre

What do you like best about WatchGuard Network Security?

Watchguard support has always been very responsive to tickets, with the resolution coming within a few days. The admin documentation is very clear and easy to understand making it easy to research issues or common alerts/errors before contacting support. For the product we use (Anti-Virus) its very customizable with an easy to use UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?

The product we use is Anti-Virus and we often run into a lot of false positives. It seems difficult to adjust rules or settings within the Anti-Virus to help reduce false positive alerts. It's also difficult that a lot of features are separate addons for purchase when it feels like some things such as the SIEM reader should be included in the cost. I've been a WatchGuard user for the last 14 years and never looked back. Their tech support staff is friendly and responsive. Nothing is perfect in life but my best interaction with WG has been with their Tech Support staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WatchGuard Network Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all SSL VPN makes my life so much easier, once is fully functional. Manage the Appliance using Watchguard System Manager is straight forward. RDP from out on the field is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
