What do you like best about WatchGuard Network Security?

The Fireboxes are easy to configure, the interface is clear and configurable. It is possible to access the configuration on the web, in the cloud and with a dedicated application.. The support service responds quickly and well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?

none. This is a good product. The only small criticism concerns the recent deletion of the centralized management function of wifi terminals via the firewall to the detriment of cloud management with subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple to set up, simple to manage"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WatchGuard Network Security?

Every Watchguard product I've used has been simple to use. The ease of setup is above and beyond most others. You don't need to be Cisco Certified to understand everything in the web GUI. Everything is clear and concise, with direct links to up-to-date online help should you need it. Deployment of changes is easy using Watchguard's Management Console, which, if you're so inclined, will also run on Linux using the latest WINE libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?

There are a few error messages that make no sense. Not sure why Watchguard made these specific error messages so cryptic but a quick call to support usually reveals where I went wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rock-solid security with straight-forward management."
5/5
What do you like best about WatchGuard Network Security?

We particularly like WatchGuard's security suite subscription (competitively-priced), as it affords us a powerful security solution which helps us ensure our network's security, while being able to easily generate and fine-tune policies to our liking. Additionally, WatchGuard's support is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WatchGuard Network Security?

We haven't really come across any issues with our WatchGuard appliances or software. We would like for third-party MFA to be a lot more straightforward to implement, as simple as their own MFA solution is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
