At the moment there is nothing I don't like about adapative defense 360. Perhaps it is the case that it can block custom software updates for the client. But it doesn't become a real big problem because entering the console you can unlock in a matter of seconds or create an exclusion, which I advise against since the unlocking is done very quickly and the client machines detect it almost immediately. I have been using Adaptive Defense for over three years now across over 200 devices and its an excellent product, prior to moving to it I had tested a number of other business AV products and found it to be well priced but with many valuable features, including the ability to control certain aspects of the device hardware such as USB and Bluetooth from the central console.

Excellent control over web use is also a great feature and you can group this even down to a single machine level based on web content and even timed access.

The is plenty I like about this product, but I am struggling to find anything I really dislike, I think a new to have would be improved alerting - the is some basic email alerts that go out for various triggers, if I could have extra detailed options this would be ideal. From our perspective, it does a good job on endpoint threat reduction, and it runs seamlessly with minimal administrative actions required.
