The mechanism is excellent, the solution (in my case AV+EDR) blocks everything it doesn't know, every software not known is blocked and sent to an internal sandbox, after analysis if the software is goodware, it is automatically unlocked. This process cause a little percentage of false positive that automatically resolve after few hours of analysis but in this way it prevents unknown threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WatchGuard Endpoint Security? The support is slow in responding, since Panda was acquired by Watchguard, the response times have increased a lot. Sometime the support itself is unable to solve some issues, addressing them to other reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering WatchGuard Endpoint Security: In the past I used a lot of AV or EDR solutions, some were better others worse about detection or prevention but finally I strongly recommend Panda Adaptive Defense 360 because it is very easy to use, it grants all the services offered by an AV+EDR and it is based on 0-trust security, granting that all it is executed is a goodware, otherwise, if malware or not a known software, it will not be executed.
